Here are some Australian Olivewood sets compatible with various ECM, Bezzera and Quickmill models. The second picture shows how they will look on the machine. Olivewood is a tricky wood to work as it can be very unpredictable. Splits and cracks can appear at the last minute, as such the wood has to be properly dried and worked with carefully and in stages. These will be available within the next 2 months.
