As we have a large range of coffee part options we generally make most items to order. The lead times are shown within each products description.

We will send you the tracking information as soon as your order is dispatched.
We do not accept credit card details over the phone or via the website. A trusted & secure payment provider such as PayPal is used.
No we do not charge sales tax.
We have happy customers using our handmade coffee parts in over 40 countries and will ship world-wide.
Yes once the items have been made they are shipped in one package.

As we make many items to order, we start work on your parts fairly fast. This may be to select and cut the timber, to making the blanks. As such, we prefer that you do not make cancellations. However, if you need to change or cancel please let us know as soon as possible.
Yes we make a large majority of our coffee parts to order and also accept customised requests.
