All of our Coffee Parts are designed to last many years of coffee making. Accordingly, all of our parts come with a lifetime guarantee against defect in material and workmanship.
As we make many items to order, we start work on your parts fairly fast. This may be from initially selecting and cutting the timber to making the blanks. As such, we prefer that you do not make cancellations. However, if you need to change or cancel please let us know as soon as possible.
